I found this dress last night and fell in love with it. But I have had a few people tell me it's too fancy for a shower? The dress is just a lace dress, so I don't understand their comments but now I am second guessing myself. My shower will be at a nice restaurant in my town. What will/did you wear...

I found this dress last night and fell in love with it. But I have had a few people tell me it's too fancy for a shower? The dress is just a lace dress, so I don't understand their comments but now I am second guessing myself. My shower will be at a nice restaurant in my town.     It's cute!

    I'm wearing what's already in my closet because I have cute stuff and am wanting to save some money lol.

    Agreed with everyone else, wear whatever makes you happy. It's always better to overdress anyway, right?

    Jaklyn, I'm still insanely jealous of that dress! I absolutely adore it!

    I bought mine from a Facebook swap group for $10 and didn't try it on until the morning of my shower lol

    @Trisha it got here sooner than expected and I already have about 4 more from her in my cart. FH was a bit concerned with it coming from Thailand but it's great.
