I've always gotten nice dresses from Lulu's and they arrive pretty quickly, just read the comments and you can see what other people ordered based on similar measurements to you

I ended up getting a cute lace white dress off Amazon for $30 you just have to check the reviews and make sure it’s legit

I agree with AJ about Lulu's! Another place to check is Amazon: they surprisingly have quite a few options available for affordable pricing, though be sure to read reviews on the item first.

Express has a lot of cute white dresses and rompers! They can be expensive but if they're having a sale it's worth it - I got a romper there for the rehearsal for 60% off last month which made it under $50. And it's cute and not overly bridal so I can wear it again this summer, which is always a win for me.
