My shower is this Saturday and I have not decided on a dress yet. My original plan was to make a dress with this beautiful white, pink and purple fabric. Now I’m kind of torn if I should even do white at all.

It’s completely up to you! Wear what makes you feel best I am wearing a white dress to my shower next Saturday, but I have known plenty of ladies to wear whatever color is their favorite on them! It doesn’t have to be white.

I wore white with a floral print! Kind of the best of both worlds. You definitely don't have to wear white.

Hey Melissa!! As the pps mentioned, there is no rule that the bride has to wear white to her bridal shower. You should definitely wear what you feel comfortable and beautiful in!
WOW, you were going to make a dress for yourself? You must be super talented! Have you made dresses for yourself before?
