Bridal Shower Dress

I think the dress is cute! When I look at it, it doesn't symbolize anything to me lol nonetheless its cute. If you want to wear it then wear it, it doesn't need to "symbolize" anything.

I think the whole "don't wear white if you aren't "pure"" thing is SOOOO outdated lol. I wore white to my minimony and am also wearing white to our upcoming reception even though we had our son before marriage. That's sooo old school lol & thank you congratulations to you as well! It looks like you are getting married on my birthday

It's a super cute dress.

I am fairly certain no one would expect me (a 36 year old woman who has been living with her partner for several years) to be pure, and so all white symbolizes to me is that this person is the bride.

It is YOUR shower. Wear what you want and what will make you feel happiest. Plenty of people wear casual or flirty dresses to their shower regardless of their age or if they have had kids already. So long as it is long enough to cover all the important bits then I see no problem whatsoever!
