Usually the shower is at least three months prior to the wedding as earliest but this really depends on how available your schedule is and whoever decides to host it for you. So it could be sooner if that’s when you’re free

The hostess should consult with you about a date that works for the majority of your VIPs. They usually take place within 3 months of the wedding.

My wedding is in September. My bridal shower is June 6th and my bach party is in August. My bridal shower is for sure earlier than most, but my family goes on vacation for a week in July (when I would have preferred to have it) and with the 4th of July landing on a weekend it just didn't work. So whatever works for your schedule and those that are hosting.

They are typically 1-3 months before your wedding. But really, they can be whenever your host is able to host it and you are available.

I am having my bridal shower 2 months before the wedding and the bachelorette party one month before. This is because I have to travel to both of them and wanted them paced out. I would say bacholerette party 2-4 weeks before the wedding and bridal shower 1-3 months before the wedding. Make sure there is at least one weekend gab between the two or hold them on the same weekend.
