So my moh (matron of honor) has asked me to get a guest list ready and send it to her so she can start planning. I have no clue who gets invited to these things. Lol any suggestions would be nice. Keep in mind our wedding no where near a traditional formal wedding.

Look at the guest list you have for your wedding. You don't have to invite all females off of it but looking at your wedding guest list is a start.

For me personally, my bridal shower included all my bridesmaids & my FMIL, and all the women invited to the wedding within 2 hours of the shower location. My bachelorette was just my bridesmaids.

My mom invited 40 and I had about 25 guests. I had 9 bridesmaids, 8 lived out of state. So 3 bridesmaids attended.

My shower was held in my hometown (where I live and where most of my extended family / several friends lived). I invited my mom, sister (MOH), FMIL, FSILs (both are bridesmaids), my aunts, a few great aunts, female cousins, my other bridesmaid (the only one who isn't family), and two close friends who live in the area. We invited 20 people and had 16 attend.
Bachelorette was that evening with my bridesmaids (2 BMs + MOH) and two close friends.

On my shower guest list were: my bridesmaids, flower girl, my mom, FHs stepmom, one of my aunts who is local, and about a dozen or so girlfriends who are also local. In all that guest list was about 25 people.
For my bachelorette it's just me and my 4 bridesmaids.
