Bridal show!

#1 TIP -- create an email just for the wedding and ONLY give that out to vendors. You will be SLAMMED with spam starting immediately, so it helps to have it all in one place that is not your primary email mailbox. Have fun, but keep in mind the best vendors likely don't waste a Saturday or Sunday at a bridal fair -- they get plenty of business through word of mouth and are probably working a wedding today, so many of the vendors there will be just starting out or "brokers" who represent a bunch of freelance photographers, etc., where you'll contract for a service but not for a particular photographer. Talk to people, gather info, but beware some will try to use high-pressure sales tactics (e.g., "if you sign the contract here at the show you'll get a giant discount!") and be prepared to "win" something -- everyone does, and most of the time it's a scam.... Have fun, but be savvy!

They're a bit chaotic. There are vendors everywhere (at least at the ones I've been to) and they're all vying for your business. Is she going to just collect information from everyone or is she looking for a vendor specifically? I think that they're more fun if you're just going casually; then you can meander around the aisles without stressing about talking to everyone. I never found any of my vendors at a bridal show, but did enjoy watching the fashion shows (at the ones I've been to, they've highlighted a couple of wedding dress salons that had booths at the show to show off some of their dress selections).

I'm pretty much have all my stuff, it's more about my friend and our other friend, as she I getting married next year and our other friend is just starting out planning hers! Thank you for all the advice!

It depends some shows (free ones) less fun activities for the bride.
Show that you a low fee like 20 to 25 bucks offers more fun activities that both have a chance to participate in. Most shows won't offer games raffle etc to the bride guest. Super EXPENSIVE Vendors Everywhere be mindful of the cost...so go and enjoy the yourself WEAR and DRESS comfortable because walking to you will do. You will get warm not too chairs to stop and rest at. HAVE FUN🍷⚘

I didn’t find it to be extremely useful but it’s fun to go with friends

Well, My overall experience was like a 6 on a 10 scale. I wasnt too impressed. We did have a good time at the fashion show that was hosted by Monte from "Say yes to the dress"! And the free food wasnt bad, but there wasnt many table set up. I think there were many 20 tables at most. I felt really bad because the girls i went with had paid like 20 for the tickets and i really didnt think it was worst that. We had more fun at dinner afterwards and the car ride there and back! Overall it was a fun day spend with friends! Thanks for all your advice ladies! Enjoy your day!
