Bridal Salon Ordered The Wrong Size Dress

Mandi, on February 13, 2020 at 3:50 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 3
I was at my third dress fitting today. And went to put in my dress when I looked at the tag... it's a size 24. Which is awkward because I know we ordered a size 26. I honestly never looked at the tag. I threw it on when I picked it up, and thought it was a little snug in the rib cage, but just figured it was just a me issue. And I picked it up back in September, so it's too late to do anything now. But I've been feeling really crappy about myself for having to get this dress let out. But it turns out, it's a size smaller than I am. While I feel better about myself, I'm so disappointed in the place I bought the dress.

Anyways, here's a photo of my wedding dress... I'll share more later. But goodness I feel better about myself right now.Bridal Salon Ordered The Wrong Size Dress 1

Don't complain rather after school jump for joy lol. That is great that it is a size smaller even if at the error of the store. Yay you are getting so much closer! Smiley smile

I would let the store know and ask if they will reimburse you for that part of the alterations. Do you have a recipe that says the right size? My store made me sign next to the size.

I would be calling where you bought it and notify them and inquire about reimbursement for your alterations you’ve spent. Like previous post i signed a contract and we had to go through every detail of sizing and color and length
