Bridal robe

KristenHaley, on September 25, 2017 at 4:37 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 18

Has anyone bought their getting ready robe on Etsy? I really want either an all lace or satin and lace white robe with monogram. I'm not wanting to spend $70-100 but if I have to I will. Just looking for suggestions on where the best place to buy it. Thank you!

    Target has them.

    Jc penny too I think.

I personally think it's unnecessary to go all out for that. I bought a men's white button up and had it monogrammed "I do" on one cuff. The date on the other and my. Ew initials on the pocket. $30 total MAYBE.

Also it will make just as cute pictures.

Is it just for you or gifts as well? If just you, I've seen a few on etsy that aren't that expensive. But agreed some store have great ones already made. You can always bring it to an embroidery shop too

There was a similar post I seen yesterday and someone suggested www.prettyrobes.com.  I ordered mine and got it custom printed on the back for under $40

I got my robe from Target, it was by Love and Cherish. I absolutely loved it and I still wear it around on lazy Saturday mornings. It's so comfy. I second the PP who said to get a slip to wear under it. I "man spread" when I sit so I didn't have to worry about indecent exposure during the getting ready time.

I just bought floral ones for me, my bridesmaids and MIL from David's bridal. Super cute and they were on sale. I considered Etsy but didn't want to spend a ton on them.

I'm having a very country/rustic wedding so I went all out for myself and my girls/guys, I made a shirt for everyone of our people in the party and they love them! I spent endless nights working on them and I was able to spend around or right under $100 I got a total of 16 shirts and bought plaid button ups for myself, my girls, my flowergirls, my ring bearers, the groom, his guys, and then both of our fathers. For the guys we did long sleeve white shirts from walmart and for the girls and ring bearers I got those at kohls and got lettering from walmart and ironed them all on myself and everyone loves them! Our entire wedding is a DIY so we were able to save a fortune and was able to make our shirts for getting ready!

I got mine from David's Bridal and it has pretty lace on the sleeves and says Mrs. (newlastname) on the back so I'll definitely wear it all the time after the wedding day Smiley smile
