Bridal Party

Hi ladies,
I have a question. My FH doesn’t have a lot of guy friends since he’s moved back home from Texas to Seattle. I have a really good guy friend who is standing up with him but stupidly, I have 2 bridesmaids plus my sister as my maid of honor. Will that look weird when everyone is up at our church alter? Will our pictures look super weird? Do I need to try and tell one of my bridesmaids they can’t be in the wedding when it’s like 2 months away? He doesn’t really have anyone else to stand up with him. Any advice would be great!

It’s actually super common these days to have an even bridal parties, so I wouldn’t worry about it at all 😊 If you REALLY do not like the way it looks, you could always have one of your bridesmaids stand on his side - it doesn’t really matter which side they stand on, as long as they are standing with you guys, right? Or another popular option is to have the bridal party walk down the aisle but sit in the front row, rather than standing up with the bridal party.

No, it is not necessary to have an even number of bridal party members on each side. I would leave it just the way it is Smiley smile .

It's ok to have uneven parties. the other thing people do is have them walk and just sit in the front rows rather than stand up there with ya'll.

Uneven parties are super common now, and it may hurt feelings to ask certain people not to stand with you. No one will really notice, at the event or in the pictures, because they're really looking at you!
