Bridal party what do they do during photos?

Hello I have a dilemma on what our bridal party should be doing during our first look/ newlywed photos.
After we are all done getting ready we will drive to a different locations for photos. We will spend around 45 min taking photos with our bridal party and then take immediate family portraits and newlywed photos.

According to my photographers timeline it will take around 2 hours. But what does our bridal party do in the meantime?? I don’t want them cold or annoyed that they have to wait all that time. I’m already feeling guilty that the girls will have to wake up super early to get ready since there’s a lot of us. I guess these are things I should of thought of before I asked them all to be part of our bridal party but I’m hoping I could get some advice
I attached our timeline in case a visual is more helpful. Our photographer insists on having the newlywed photos at the end because of sunset / lighting will be better. Thank you in advance!

When I've been a bridesmaid it was a lot of sitting around and waiting throughout the day before the guests started arriving and the wedding began. No one was annoyed; it's expected that you'll have to wait around while certain pictures are being taken. That's just the way it goes with an all day timeline. You could assign them any last minute tasks like getting centerpieces ready, or bring games to play during the wait time, but I don't think you need to worry about anyone being annoyed. They should understand.

What time are the girls starting to get ready? Will you all be on the same transportation? If they’re driving themselves to the photo location, could they just leave and head to the venue when they’re done?

As of now it’ll start at 6am, I’m debating on paying for a second hair stylist so we are able to start at 8am so it doesn’t feel extra long for everyone. I forgot to mention the Airbnb is 5 min away so technically they can always go back and yes that’s a great idea on just going to the venue!

I wouldn't overthink it - your bridal party will just chat amongst themselves while they are waiting or will otherwise sit on their phones to tinker the time away.
Time goes by much faster than you think on your wedding day and your bridal party will be on an excitement high and socialising so they won't notice the wait quite as much as you think.

I don’t think your girls will mind sitting and chatting—I would make sure there was a place for them to sit and get of their feet and be comfortable temperature wise.
And I would DEFINITELY hire a second hair stylist! With a 6 am start, that means the first girl will have had her hair and makeup done a full 11 hours before the ceremony!

They can hold your bouquet or help you adjust your dress. Get you anything you need or have a light lunch while they wait.

Our groomsmen and bridesmaids were chatting amongst themselves while we were taking our photos.

Looking at the timeline, I'm wondering why you would need to start at 6 am? How many of you are there? I'd for sure hire a second stylist to speed things up.
