Bridal party hair: first is 7am how do i get everyone to show up that early?

What time is your ceremony? You could say just that. Hair appointment is at 7am - I will be bringing breakfast. Feel free to bring your coffee (if they drink coffee)

Hair starts at 7 am. I'll have breakfast available for you.

I put together a schedule for hair and therefore some people don’t need to get there that early… the early risers are getting their hair done first

The food incentive is great 😊 I also think it depends on your wedding start time too. We’re also getting ready starting at 7am because our ceremony is at 11:30am. If they’re apart of the wedding party, and your also providing for this hair to be done, hopefully they understand this will be a part of the process.


Another thing to consider will be lodging and where you’re getting ready. Are you staying in a hotel where you’ll be getting ready? Is there travel time to the venue where you’ll be getting ready instead? Even if you weren’t getting ready at 7am — I’d consider how convenient it’ll be for them to show up and communicate if as early as possible so you/they can plan.

We're also starting hair and makeup at 7 am, I have a few bridesmaids staying with me overnight the night before, so I'm telling all the girls "Hair and makeup starts at 7, breakfast will be provided" and having the team start with the girls who are already there.

Ours starts at 7:30. I sent out a group text to everyone that will be getting hair and makeup done (bridesmaids, my mom, and FMIL) just as a heads up. FMIL had told FH that she planned to get breakfast with her family that's coming from out of town, so I wanted to make sure she knew what time we were starting so she can plan accordingly.

My hair & makeup trial is in September, so we'll probably figure out a more detailed schedule at that point so if someone is getting hair/makeup later on they don't have to get there at the crack of dawn. I'm also planning to get breakfast, coffee, snacks, etc., but that'll probably get arranged closer to the date as well.
