As we are under our 50 day mark, I am finalizing our bridal party gifts. I’ve been buying some stuff throughout the year. I want to do something extra special for my maid of honor (who is one of my sisters). A few of my bridesmaids have not been as helpful, and I know my sister has been working so hard to plan everything while being busy as a new mom.

-What did you get your bridesmaids?
-Did you give something extra special to your maid of honor?

Both my friends who stood with me were bridesmaids (no MOH). However, one of the gifts they seemed to be the most excited about was a spa voucher. We made an appointment together to relax after the wedding!

If you get maid of honor something special I would give it to her in private. I got my girls
1. Shawl
2. Butterfly compact with their name in it
3. Face masks
4. Hand and feet masks
5. Chapstick
9. Make up bag
10. Favorite drink and treat
put it all in a beach bag.

I agree with Colleen! In case you have someone in your wedding party who gets jealous, giving that little something extra would be best in private. Also, it's all up to you if you feel like giving more because that person should just be honored you chose them to be your Maid of Honor! ; )
With that said, we gave the bridal party all (their favorite) wine bottles with labels saying their names, wedding, and to be part of our wedding. We still have bridal robs coming in and we gave a bunch of little candles, soaps, and so on from Bath and Body Works. With the B&B, we gave a little more to the Maid of Honor because we thought the Maid of Honor and Best Man deserved something a little more than the rest (granted everyone is important)!

I am so torn on this too! I’d like to get totes and tumblers with their names on them... but this isn’t cheap on Etsy! We also got them shawls and pretty matching hangers for their dresses. I may get my MOH a special bracelet but they are both my sisters so I dunno. It’s all getting so expensive!

I don't think I gave my moh anything extra actually. Except she probably got a maid of honor labeled hair tie rather than a bridesmaid one but that was because that's just how the set worked aha

Proposal Gift - Jewelry Box, Liquor Shooters, Hair Ties, Nail Polish
Bachelorette Favor - Wine Tumbler, Hangover Kit (face mask, gum, hair tie, bandaid, etc.)
Wedding Day - Tote, Tumbler, Getting Ready Outfit, Socks, Letter from Me
For my MOH, I got her a deviled egg platter (if you knew her you would know it's a great gift for her) and a gift card to her favorite restaurant.
