You could also check instrumental groups like the Piano Guys or Vitamin String Quartet to see if they do instrumental versions of a country song you love.

My bridal party walked to the instrumental of "When I said I do" and it was a hard decision between that and "keeper of the stars". I love "cross my heart" by George strait. If I would have walked to a country song it probably would have been that.. But I walked to the wedding march.

Its super country but im walking down to "you" by Jason Cassidy. Im lettintg the first verse play and then ill come out. Look at me by Carrie Underwood was always my first choice until i heard the Jason one.
