Bridal empowerment!💐💐

It's really sad to see and hear about other brides trying to tear other brides down or experiencing it first hand. And it's for the dumbest things; for example someone else I know is getting married later on this year, they had their bridal shower and I was invited, I attended and of course bought a gift I thought would be useful (gift card). On multiple occasions I've heard this person share their concerns for RSVP and we can all most likely relate to this especially that I'm 27 days away and finally got that situated not too long ago. This person was on my guest list as well but when I would reciprocate my concern, she still wouldn't RSVP despite them asking me to send my website link which I did. When I told them I never received the link to theirs it was never sent to me or acknowledged so I left it alone. They did not attend my shower because they already had plans which I understand, they said they'd sent a gift in their absence but never did which did not bother me at all because I figured maybe they'll wait until the wedding. After posting some of my pictures on social media they indirectly posted about have to suck it up and not be Petty when your ideas inspire others and copy off of you but the only thing that we had in common was the table cloth Pattern from my personal table, other than that our themes were completely different and the color scheme as well. Plus mine was a surprise. It came to our closing day for the RSVP and I had to reach out to their family member also invited to account for them because they never got back to me. So this made me think did I get punked into a bridal shower for gifts but never was going to get an invitation?? LOL I feel like it's rude to do that because you're using the person to rack up and then want to make indirect comments??

But all this said to tell every bride out there I hope you have/had a beautiful bridal shower, an epic bachelorette if you have/had one, who cares if decorations are the same!! After all bridal selections aren't big so it's ok! I hope you all have the wedding of your dreams and whoever wants to bring their bad vibes, may they drown in them of envy 🤣🤣
