Bridal ballerina slippers

Ashley, on April 13, 2020 at 9:53 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 6
Hey everyone! I hope everyone is well and hopefully as positive as they can with wedding planning in this difficult time. So right before everything began closing down, I found my wedding dress. So one of the next parts of completing my look is finding bridal ballerina slippers or flats (my fiancee is less than a half inch taller than me so anything with a heel is out). Anyone have any places to suggest to where bridal ballerina slippers or bridal flats can be found? I was thinking bridal ballerina to lace up my ankle. Everything that I've been looking at has been kinda "plain jane" and I would love a pair of shoes to stand out. Any and all suggestions are appreciated. Stay safe and healthy out there.

I'm wearing flats at my wedding, too. I got my shoes at David's Bridal. They have a decent selection of flats, but I don't know if they have any that are lace-up. Bridal ballerina slippers 1

I agree that most flats are “plain jane”. So finding something with a lot of style is tough. Also, it really won’t be seen with a dress with a wider bottom....And flats wouldn’t really look nice with a dress where the shoes could be seen.

My FH is only an inch taller, so I understand. But I rock my heels. I end up being a smidge taller than him, but not that big of a difference. Do you not wear heels when you’re with your FH?

My shoes wont be seen with my dress since my dress is fairly long although I still wanted a really cute pair of shoes. Very seldom do I wear heels around my FH. It feels a little odd to me with our height.

Have you looked at jjshouse.com in just a google search I saw 2 lace up the ankles options. Also depending on how you want them to be fancied up, I’ve seen several brides post diy glitter shoes.

My fiancé is 10 inches taller than me, but I still only wear flats. I’ll be wearing a pair of custom “Toms” at our wedding.

Awww! Ok. During the first few months, I felt like that because dating a guy who was close to my height was new for me. But then I stopped because I felt as though it was kinda like “feeling sorry” for him (which is so wrong) and trying to make up for it (and make him feel comfortable) by wearing flat shoes. But in actuality it was MY insecurity and not his, because my FH didn’t have a problem with it. So, I quickly stopped doing that and began wearing my heels and being me. Now I don’t even think about our height.
