Brass Candle Sticks!

Kayla, on June 6, 2019 at 10:13 AM Posted in Style and Décor 0 5

Hi All!

I'm looking to buy bulk brass candlesticks as centerpieces for our wedding. I feel like I've looked everywhere but they're all too expensive. Anyone have any go to stores for things like this? I'd love to have them as part of our centerpieces on long farmhouse tables.

Maybe check on Craigslist or Facebook marketplaces for ones people are selling. People tend to sell their decor after their wedding.

Have you considered renting them? Check out local event rental companies in your area.

I’ve been buying them at resell shops, thrift stores, vintage stores and OfferUp. But yeah they are kinda pricey, $2-$7. I don’t know where you live but there’s this girl in OfferUp that rents them. Just search for brass candleholders.

Hi Kayla! Welcome to the WeddingWire community!

The way you described the candlesticks as centerpieces on farmhouse tables sounds so beautiful! Greenery would look amazing in the table too, a really rustic vibe!

Have you thought about checking out restaurant/hotel supply retailers? You may be able to buy them in bulk from somewhere like that as obviously, restaurants don’t buy them one by one!

Do you want them all to match, or are you open to them being mismatched?

Not sure if you have these places in your area, but you could try: Hobby Lobby, Michael's, or any craft store. Also, are you open to possibly getting a different type of candlestick and spray painting them a brass color? Depending on where and how you use it to decorate with the greenery, you may not be able to tell that they are painted. If not, I would try catering websites for restaurant supplies
