Bra/shapewear for busty bride in a backless dress?

Lauren, on August 14, 2017 at 1:36 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 6

Any suggestions for a bra/shape wear for a backless dress? Here it is http://www.allurebridals.com/products/9356

I'm a 36D and the dress itself has some, but not much, support. I do have something but it is rather uncomfortable and not quite as flattering as I would like. There are so many options, I'm just trying to narrow things down. Any input is greatly appreciated!!

It's gonna be hard because it's cut so low. Spanx has lower half shapewear that comes to your bellybutton. I'm a size 36DD and I'm having cups sewn into my gown. Strapless bras feel like glass cutting into my skin after a while :-)

I had my cups customized as I am a 40F. My suggestion would be to check out a local lingerie store that specializes in the busty. Good luck!

Try to order some sticky bras from Amazon. I got a silicone one and one of those drawstring ones. Get one with free returns so if doesn't work out you can send it back.

I am 38F and my dress has a sheer back so I can't wear a bra. I am probably going to have cups sewn in.

Perky Pears - they work for cups up to G and will allow you to have a plunging neckline. Im a 34D and wore them for my rehearsal dinner/wedding and they were amazing! I had support, lift, and security - they didn't budge a inch all night. They're like $15 for a two pack so you can order them now and try them out to see if they work for you. Highly highly recommend.
