I would get cups sewn in. Should not be too expensive. I think the stickies are great is you are not too busty but I hear different from DB consultants. Like if you are anything bigger than an A cup it won't work.

My dress is very similar to yours and I had padded cups sown in. It was $50. It gives the ladies a lot more shape and support, and actually makes it look like I have boobs (I’m barely a B cup)

I’m currently weaning my son off breastfeeding so I’m still unsure what size I’ll be when the time comes, so I’m afraid to sew anything in yet, but if he finishes sooner rather than later that may be a great option! Otherwise, the stickies look like they may just work! I’ll buy two packs and test it beforehand lol
