Bra for strapless dress

How low is the back? What is the neckline like? Depending on the type of dress, there might be enough support inside the dress if it has cups or boning.

Have them sew in cups when you do your alterations so that you don’t need to wear a bra.

I am sewing cups into my dresses but due to not having cleavage I used Misses Kisses it's a life saver

Be aware that cups do not provide lift and support if that is what you need. They pad the nipples only. Boning helps if it won’t alter the structure of the dress. Actual corsets work for support but some dresses are too low in the back for them to be feasible.
