Good morning Brides;

I never expected this to happen. It turns out that I am very crafty and have done a lot of my décor myself. I wanted to know if anyone had created their own bouquet and if they have any suggestions on making the task easier. I am in the middle of making a brooch bouquet and just want to make sure I am able to make it as seamless and professional looking as possible. Thanks for any help you can offer.

💁🏽‍♀️Hello there! I also made my own brooch bouquet. If I could give any advice I’d say make sure you have large brooches for overall coverage, but also incorporate smaller ones for “filler” to get in those tiny spaces. You may also want to use things as pearls or crystals as filler as well. Also Amazon is your best friend for buying brooches in bulk, but tour local thrift store will have some gems as well... good luck!

between my grandmother, the local thrift stores, Amazon and craft stores I have about 50 brooches. I also have some small pearl hairpins. Hopefully I'm ready. What did you do for the handle I seem to be having a problem with that.

I actually did mines in the pomander bouquet style, so my “handle” is a string of pearls

Thank you that sounds awesome. I have also seen them with a crystal candlestick as a handle as well as the pipe I'm attempting to use. I hope I can make it all make sense.
