I'd rush order from elsewhere and ask for a refund if they weren't shipped and she hasn't been responding to messages.

Etsy usually has good customer protection for cases like this, so I would definitely file a claim/case with them. I'd also look into ordering fresh flowers from a local grocery store florist since you're so pressed for time!

I would've loved to do fresh but I'm getting married out of state. So fresh is almost impossible for me I don't want them to brown when i travel and i can't meet for consultation for local florist to venue. Of course something had to go wrong..

Maybe reach out to another seller and explain your dilemma! They might be compassionate and make something for you in time

I never met my florist in person for a consultation. I did everything over phone and email. I got married in a place about 2 hours away and chose a florist near my venue. I just sent her a powerpoint of my wedding vision, favorite flowers, colors, and what I needed and she took that and ran with it. She exceeded my expectations on my wedding day. I found her on WW in the vendor tabs and viewed her gallery of other weddings she did so I knew I liked her style. Perhaps you could reach out to a few near your venue?
