Boudoir photos- when to give?

I had my sister who's a photographer take some fun boudoir photos but I have no clue when to give them to him. My sister gave hers to her husband when they got to their hotel that night. However, I've heard people give them away the morning of the wedding.

Any ideas?

My wedding is a month after Christmas so I will give mine as a Christmas/Wedding picture but before the wedding

I'll probably give mine the night before the wedding. If he gets it the morning of he'll have to let somebody else hold onto it and I don't love that idea

I gave mine to DH the night of our wedding. I didn't want to risk anyone seeing it, and it was a nice present to end our wedding day

I wouldn't give it the morning of the wedding. Way too many people will be around your FH and unless you're comfortable with his bridal party or vendors like photographers having any access to it, this is a risk. Do it the night before.

My photogs took mine and made the album and we did a first look so I gave them to him during the first look. Photogs held onto them until we went back to the room after the first look and they were put in the safe.
