    Do you have a picture?

You should be able to add or lengthen the lining.

I'd either add lining through alterations, or look for a slip!

Http://millanova.com/dress/violet/ this is it. I'm closing slit and adding lace to arms and lining under bodice. I'm afraid if I add lining to the bottom it would bump up the price a lot. What do you think?

Have you considered white underarmour shorts? That may be a weird thing to wear with your wedding dress so I’m not sure if that’s a good idea lol but it’s skin tight so it wouldn’t look like “shorts” but it also wouldn’t look like your underwear was showing if you could see through it

Thanks for your feedback. The weird thing is there is lining up until the slit and then from there on it's like see through. So my underwear isn't the problem it's my legs, idk how much it would be to add lining

If it's only when the light hits at certain angles, it might not even really be an issue. Most venues are darker and have mood lighting. If it really bothers you, then you'll have to pay to correct it no matter your option. A slip is a great affirable idea. If you are already adding lining to the bodice, it might be pretty easy for them to just add another layer to the inside of the skirt using that same lining material.

Wear a petticoat underneath? I bought one separately from my dress, had it hemmed to the right length, and just put it on under the dress. Not very expensive!

You might consider a crinoline (half slip). Bridal stores sell them, or I found mine online. Here is a picture. (Only the bottom half is the crinoline; top half is a longline bra.)
