Botched Alterations

Has anyone been successful in getting a refund from David’s Bridal for extremely poor quality alterations? My mermaid dress was hemmed, but uneven. After the hem job on the lace , they did not trim the dress lining so it was longer then the lace. Buttons for bustle not lined up correctly. I’m so disgusted right now

One of the common threads on here is that DB alterations are pretty hit or miss. I’m sorry they messed up your gown. I don’t have any advice but I’d check the receipt to see what it says. Or their website.
