You absolutely can start booking now! A lot of people book things a year out or a little more than that. Especially if places you have in mind are popular

If I were you, I would start booking now! I started booking my vendors 18 mos out & I’m so glad I did!! Most places still had openings, so I had my choice of venues and vendors (instead of having to just choose between those that were still available). Also, by signing contracts early I was locked into the current price. Several of my vendors have actually raise their prices since I signed my contract, so I saved tons of money there!

Start booking now! Things like venues, photographers/videographers, & caterers start booking up over a year in advance! So the sooner you can book, the better.

I started booking things two years ago when I got engaged to my fiancé! It’s all on your own timeline honestly. I had so many people call me crazy for booking this so early, but it gave us time to save and budget and everything. So, I say as soon as you feel comfortable booking go ahead and start!

Right now is perfect! I had one venue tell me they wouldn't book me til a few weeks out, so they got crossed off the list immediately.

Like everyone else said, start now. My wedding is more than a year and a half away and some of the people we talked to were actually already booked for our day. Our wedding coordinator said people will start booking a year to a year and a half out, so you don’t want to miss out on the vendors you want.

Our wedding is June 2021 and we booked our venue right before Christmas (to beat the rush of holiday engagements). Then we took a litle break but are starting to look at Caterers and photographers now

I would book your venue soon, pricing will probably increase by next year for sure, and that's usually the largest expense.

Start Booking! Our wedding is October 2021 and we started booking in January. Some things like venues and photographers go fast! I was surprised when I started calling vendors.
