I guess it depends on what kind of wedding you are having. If it's a nice sit down dinner I would say no.

Yes. I think that is fine. Although perhaps harder for your guests to eat, bones give flavor and can help keep it moist.

If it’s a casual wedding I would say yes. If it’s a more formal wedding and a plated dinner I would say no. As a guest going to a formal wedding I wouldn’t want to get messy or ruin my makeup or anything like that

I did. It had more flavor and was juicier then the boneless. I had no issues eating it in my wedding dress.

I had a sit down buffet dinner.

Yes it will be a nice sit down....my mom said the samething so that makes sense, it's just the roasted chicken was so delicious! And the rosemary which are chicken breast wasn't as good. But it displays a more tasteful elegant look for the food. Thanks!

I think so. Many caterers in my area offer roast chicken pieces or something similar in their wedding menus. As others have said, it is more flavorful. If it's for a plated dinner and you're having multiple options, you could always list it on your RSVPs as being bone-in. Then people can take it into consideration when choosing.

I think it would be okay just make sure there are real plates & knives/forks to make it easy for people to cut it if they don't want to get their hands dirty.

Bone in is "fancier" is it definitely a better cut of chicken versus a boneless breast for example.

The last wedding I went to was very fancy, and their chicken was bone-in. Bone-in tends to cook better, which is nice, but I generally am deterred by the extra work. Honestly I think it’s fine BUT I would identify it as being on he bone on the menu/meal selection card, so people know what they are getting into.
