Has anyone ever made their sleeveless dress long sleeves? Maybe adding a bolero?

This is a picture of my dress! Please help! I fell in love with this dress but I have always wanted long sleeves!

I am doing a sleeveless with a bolero!! The dress was too plain without something up top, and I have a ton of cancer scars I wanted to hide. So this photo shows the idea, the one for me will fit snug and be rose gold! And I am not seeing your photo attached, add it again!

Wow, Jasmine! Your dress is stunning! Since your wedding is in November, you could always wear a jacket with your dress? Another idea is to wear a lace underlay under your dress to add the effect of sleeves. Something like this:
