Is it too late to add another BM 5 months out? She was on the list to add before I got to too many and already had 2 girls drop. I still have a proposal box I can give her. Any advice??

As Caytlyn said, adding her now would probably make her feel like an afterthought and hurt feelings. I'd leave your bridal party as is

Yeah, I unfortunately agree. It'd be nice to be included, but it would definitely feel like she's a last minute add-on who didn't make the cut. I'd just leave things as they are.

I added a bridesmaid on later on! I had asked all my bridesmaids 13-14 months before the wedding, and then added another 9 months before. She was thrilled to be asked! However, she didn't know how much later she got asked because I didn't put anything on social media about who my bridesmaids were, the only time it could have been assumed was when I went dress shopping I took a picture with everyone that came. I asked the last bridesmaid 2 weeks after that.
