Blue Peak Tents Pricing?

Pamela, on December 17, 2016 at 1:54 AM Posted in Planning 0 9

I came across this amazing company that does tent rentals and I fell in LOVE with the clear-top tent option!! In order for me to get an estimate I would have to call. However, I figured I'd ask if any of you have tried this company before and about how much it was? It has stellar reviews which makes me that much more excited!! I know square footage has a lot to do with pricing, but I'm just curious. Smiley smile Many thanks!

I haven't used that company but we were quoted almost $6,000 for a standard tent that is 40'x50' from Cort.

I'm curious why you dont want to just call them? Many companies don't advertise pricing because it changes frequently based on deals running and time of year.

By the way, I LOVE clear top tents. If my venue ended up being outdoors, I wanted to do that.

Why wouldn't you just call? Every tent is going to be different and installation costs vary too.

But I can tell you it'll be thousands.

Tenting is something that people tend to think of as plan B, but they are expensive and they need to be maintained well and put up right or they're useless and ugly.

Sailcloth tents and clear top tents are gorgeous...I believe the clear tops may be a bit more because they are so popular.

I looked in to a clear top tent but it was twice the price of a regular one (not this company though). Something else I was informed which I wouldn't have realized is that they have a greenhouse effect and can get really hot inside

Clear tops are always more expensive. Part of that is maintenance.

Thank you ladies! I will call regardless to get an estimate since I know it depends on size. I'm happy to at least get an idea!

A regular tent in Oklahoma was 1500 for me. All the tables, chairs. etc, that are needed all totalled up to about 5000 dollars for everything with the tent company. I just mention this so you can be aware of the "other" costs of having a tent event.

Also, our tent was 40 foot by 60 foot. We had about 50 guests and the estimate the company gave was for a smaller tent, but I am do glad we went bigger than they suggested. I would suggest doing the same if you decide to go in that direction.
