Blue Nile was amazing for us. We scouted a few places and fount BN was most affordable, highest quality, and you get to customize the carat etc. He ordered it and it was in within two weeks. The cust service is awesome too, two free ring cleanings a year. They are awesome! We felt other jewelers were super pushy and didn't care about our visions or wishes. They pushed diamonds and styles on us that just didn't fit. BN was super easy to deal with. And there is ring insurance. Go with them!

I bought my fiance's band from there. I really like it!

My engagement ring didn't come from them (FH used Brilliant Earth) but I have purchased jewelry from them before and their customer service was awesome. I am considering using them for FH's wedding band.

Blue Nile is reputable, but we went with James Allen simply because I liked one of the styles better. We had friends who had a bad experience with Brilliant Earth (some of their side diamonds fell out after 2 weeks; took some negotiating with BE just to get a refund), so I would caution going with them. Otherwise you should be happy with Blue Nile. Good luck!

We love Blue Nile! FH got my engagement ring from there, he picked the stone and the setting which made it feel a little more special. I'm also considering getting his wedding band there and we have been looking at a wedding band for me from there as well. They do have great customer service!

Definitely! The packaging was absolutely beautiful and made it feel so much more expensive than it actually was, and the customer service was super helpful while we were picking out the ring!

My E-ring is from Blue Nile and I’ve had it for around a year and a half and have had no issues with it. All of my diamonds are intact and it’s very good quality.

Not for wedding jewelry, but I have a necklace from them that I have had many years. Like probably 10+.

I’ve bought silver and stone jewelry from them in the past and loved everything. When FH and I were looking for an engagement ring we went into a BN show room at the mall and I was much less impressed with their settings. I thought they looked cheap and machine made, which I assume they are. However, for a gold wedding band, I doubt you could go wrong with them.

My gorgeous emerald cut diamond came from there. It appraised for MUCH higher than he paid for it. I got a local jeweler to design my bands! I couldn’t be happier with it
