Blue and orange are across from each other on colorwheel right?

My cousin and bridesmaid had blonde and pink hair until last night. She dyed her hair blonde or tried to. It came out bright orange. I honestly didn't care about the pink and blonde because the pink was so light you could barely see it. Now her hair looks like blaze hunting orange. And she has no money to fix it. She called me crying this morning. I asked what she wanted me to do about it. She asked for 200 dollars to fix it....umm no. I will send you a box of brown hair dye but I'm not sending you 200 dollars. I don't even care at this point. Have orange hair. I offered what I could.
