Hello Everyone, I am new to Wedding Wire, I stumbled upon it earlier today & I love it. I was hoping to get a few objective opinions on what color I should have my hair for my May 2013 wedding. I am naturally brunette but am currently blonde. I am just trying to figure out which color suits me...

I am new to Wedding Wire, I stumbled upon it earlier today & I love it.

I was hoping to get a few objective opinions on what color I should have my hair for my May 2013 wedding.

I am naturally brunette but am currently blonde. I am just trying to figure out which color suits me better. I realize that my picture with the blonde hair looks like a mugshot, but its all I had on hand to upload for now.

Any suggestions would be so appreciated.

Lucky you can pull off both! i dont think i could even go blonde but i do like you better as a brunette

Everyone is saying brunette, which is beautiful on you...but its a May wedding which equals sunshine! I am a natural brunette who just recently added blond highlights in preparation for my June wedding this year. Just think about that blonde hair in the sunlight in your pictures and with your dress. I say stay blonde!

Does your FH have a preference? I know mine would. Both hair colors look gorgeous and hair styles change all of the time so I wouldn't worry about looking back on pictures.

I'm totally biased, but I'm a fan of the blonde! My hair is naturally brunette, but I feel like it's too harsh on me. I like the softer look of some highlights. Maybe just get some lowlights put in to be kind of in between..

I think you should go back to the natural look because it's your wedding day and if people look back and you have blonde hair they might ask questions.

@K.M I'm sure he does have a preference but he just says he likes both, so I have no idea! lol
@Ray Ray I feel the same way about darker hair on me. I always feel really pale. I never used to feel like that but since I don't tan anymore I feel like sometimes I look pasty if my hair is too dark. But I love the way dark hair looks on other people. I think I might take your advice & darken it up with some lowlights.
