We got so many compliments on our wedding favors this weekend, just thought I'd share. The treasure chest we used is actually a coffee table in our living room. Our daughter's wedding was held at Avila Beach, CA and we gave blankets rolled up and tied with raffia along with a tag that read:

"To Have And To Hold In Case You Get Cold - Thanks for Sharing Our Special Day"

Where did you get the blankets? And were they expensive? I am having a fall wedding and I like the idea of doing blankets, but don't want it to be too costly.

We ordered them on ebay and paid $300 for 65 of them including shipping. It was pricey but we really liked the idea opposed to something most people won't truly appreciate. We were able to pull it off by using the local high school's advanced floral class to do our flowers for more than 1/2 less than a public florist, which left more funds for the favors.
