Birthday during honeymoon

My FH's birthday will be during our honeymoon. I want to plan ahead something special for him since we'll be so focused on the wedding. We'll be at an all-inclusive resort in Mexico. We would probably have a nice dinner and drinks to celebrate and can probably pack a gift to bring. What else could I do? Any suggestions?

A nice massage. Plan a day where he gets to do whatever activities he wants. Idk if you guys drink maybe a tequila or beer tasting.

Definitely a spa day and nice dinner on the beach. My husband and I will be in Mexico this October for our 1 year marriage anniversary & around my birthday and we plan on taking the day to celebrate US (a few of our couple friends will be there as well). I'm not sure what else he has planned but I know dinner on the beach and a couples massage.

That sounds amazing!! We already have a couples massage planned while we're there. I don't know if he would enjoy a beach dinner but I could find something similar, like dinner on a rooftop or dinner yacht. Thank you!
