Birdcage veil or no?

Talullah, on May 20, 2017 at 2:39 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 11

What do you think of birdcage veils? I don't want a traditional veil or tiara but, I do want more than a clip or headband. My hair will be up or to the side. Do you think a birdcage would look good with my dress? Sorry the only pic I have is from when I ordered it. I would love some suggestions please. Thanks!

Would something like this be to much or should I keep it simple?

Only do that if you LOVE it. I think it can be pretty but it's definitely trendy. My advice is to only go for it if it really speaks to you and your personality.

I love that! It's not me for a wedding but definitely fits my personality! Very retro and classic! Your dress has a lot of beautiful detail so that would allow the focus to stay in your dress! Love it!

Hair up and bird cage = rock and roll. What is your nationality ?

I personally am not a huge fan and I think your dress is a little more classic than the birdcage since I think it more trendy and a statement piece. But if you love it do it!

I love your dress. Love your birdcage veil. I just don't think they go with each other. They are opposite styles.

I personally think both are beautiful and could totally go together! The birdcage veil makes it feel a little more vintage and your dress gas a slightly vintage feel as well. I'd say go with whatever kind of veil makes you feel most beautiful!

I love birdcage veils but agree with PPs, the style does not match your dress. With your dress I would go traditional (chapel or floor length) veil, or skip it altogether and just do a hairpiece or tiara.
