Hi folks!
I'm trying to make a gift for a friend (not wedding), and I'm trying to see where I can find a good and cute binder for cheap. I'm making a scrapbook-style coloring book! Where do you recommend buying such binders? Links would be greatly appreciated!

A blank 3 ring binder from Target or Walmart is your best bet. They also have supplies to fill it with that are less expensive than the craft stores unless you have in store coupons for Joann
