Budget yourself and see what are things you can cut down/out. If there is any side hustle you can do that would really help too.
Take a breather. Things will work out if you keep at it.

Agree with Melle. First, breath. It will be ok. You should start budgeting and trying to cut back on expenses where you can. I highly recommend Dave Ramsey.. You can read all about him online for free, listen to his podcast or YouTube videos. He has changed my life and many many other people's. I recommend his budgeting app called Every Dollar. You can do this! The first few months will be hard, but you can get your finances in order.

A lot of people don't know where there money is going. First, seriously look at your income. Are your bill payments more than your income? If not, are you spending frivolously? Do you get coffee outside of your own kitchen? Do you eat out, get your nails done, buy clothes? Try to take a good hard look at where you've been spending and where you can cut back.

Yep... This is why we are doing courthouse and small party at my sister's house. My guest list is less than 20 people and my DIY list is long. But it's cheap. I have to pay lots, he has to pay lots... We have a budget and sticking to it. Still, I'm biting my nails for some reason I'm anxious all the time and I stress out constantly...

I so understand!!!! Our wedding is just over 2 months away and we recently had an unexpected $2000 expense we had to pull from our wedding fund. Luckily, when I created our budget and savings timeline, I had accommodated and left room for an emergency to happen, so we will still be able to pay off the wedding in full with cash pending no other emergencies, and I have prepaid my rent for the next 4 months as well.

Also, we have a monthly car payment and pay for full coverage insurance, and both FH and I work in fast food. It's been hard, and we've still treated ourselves with a couple "baecations" over the last year. But when it comes down to the hard choices, we ask ourselves "Would we like to go out for a nice dinner, or would we like to eat at home tonight and use that money to be able to afford 2 extra guests at our wedding?" It helps to put it in perspective for us, but also we do still occasionally choose to go out on a date. I think it would have been much harder for us to have saved what we have been able to save if we didn't occasionally treat ourselves. Our one advantage is working in a restaurant, often we eat leftovers or messed up orders at work and can avoid buying food altogether.

We also take any overtime we can get. Last pay period we had a combined total of 55 hours of overtime between us (there's been MAJOR issues at work)... Luckily we work for the same company so this doesn't affect how much we see of each other. This paycheck alone we were able to put $1000 in savings... Which again is amazing considering we work in a fast food restaurant.
Keep your eye on the prize and make your wedding uniquely yours. But trust me, if I can do it you can, because before my wedding I used to live paycheck to paycheck and burn through money. Saving for this wedding has made me so much more financially responsible, and I will continue many of these habits after our special day!!!
