Bill Levkoff Pewter?

My BMs are wearing the dress here: http://www.billlevkoff.com/style/bridesmaid-dress/678

We are getting it in Pewter and was told it was a nice gray. Online it looks like it has some blue it in but I totally know that the websites are not accurate. They sent me a swatch but it was labled Eruopean Grey. I found online that they are suppose to be the same thing....does anybody know? OR have a a real life picture of this color?

Dang...that color looks nothing like what is pictured. It should definetly have a blue hue to it. This looks like plain ol' brown

So I just called the shop and they said that they don't even have a swatch of that dress color so they would have to order it from Bill Levkoff....sooooooo why did you send me the european grey to begin with? Confused

I'm the matron of honor in my sisters wedding and are looking to buy this dress too I love the uniqueness of it.... So I must say I love your taste too! We are looking in getting it in black or dark grey. And it looks like we'd have to go with pewter if we wanted grey. But I hate not seeing the entire dress in that color before actually buying it. The store had it in black....

Let me know if you have any other luck in the color

I work at a bridal shop, and we sell Bill Levkoff dresses.. (My BM dresses are BL!)

Pewter is mainly a grey. It has a LITTLE bit of iridescence to it, so that it sometimes can look like other colors from different angles.. You know, like those things that look green/blue/purple from side to side? But its not bad at all. Its mainly grey. And when people look at it they will know it is a grey dress, trust me.

THANK YOU KK! That made me feel sooooooooo much better! I'm going for gray, if you think it looks good I trust you! I'm not too worried about not seeing it because I don't have to match a bunch of things with the color. JUST the guys suits, any suggestions of what they could wear?? Besides black? Or is that the only color that would go?

I would go with black. The tux company we go with (Jims Formalwear) has grey tuxes, one a more charcoal and one a lighter grey, but honestly I think it would be too much. You could always go with a silver or charcoal-ish vest/tie

Can I ask what color shoes your girls plan on wearing with the Pewter dress? My girls will also be wearing Pewter from Bill Levkoff and I've having such a hard time deciding on a shoe color. The other color in my wedding is yellow, but I don't think the girls are crazy about doing yellow shoes. Thoughts?
