Anyone know of a bilingual wedding officiant in the Richmond/Mechanicsville, VA area who speaks Brazilian Portuguese or Spanish? I've found a few but they are located at least 2 hours away. I called one and he told me to find someone else closer. I found someone in the Richmond area but he isn't fluent with Spanish, but could recite it. Any recommendations appreciated.
