Bilingual Save the Dates

happybride&mom, on January 17, 2014 at 10:49 PM Posted in Planning 0 4

So I'm working on our Save The Dates. Have the engagement pictures already and I have the perfect picture for us to use. The thing is that idk How to do it with our family/friends. Majority know English but we're both Hispanic and we have all sorts of people coming. By that, I mean that we have guests that speak only English, only Spanish, 50/50, and 75/25 either way. So it only seems right to do things English and Spanish. Mass is going to be bilingual. I'm concerned on save the dates how to do them I'm in both languages w/o it being overbearing. Anyone been through this??

Information on Save the dates are pretty universal like your names and the date and the place. maybe say "Save the date" and at the end finish with a spanish " looking forward to having you share this day with us' Inviations to follow

@ChampagneTaste I think you're right... The text is mostly universal, mainly the date and "save the date" I think the biggest worry is going to be the invitations themselves :o
