Tape - don't use duct tape, they make proper tape now. The Kit and Skims both make boob tape - watch some video tutorials on how to do it, definitely practice ahead of time.

Exfoliate with a good scrub on your boobs first! Then Double up on the tape and you’ll be good.

What about having added cups sewn into your dress. Or does no one recommend that, because they are giving me that option. I don't go until February to have my dress altered. Plus I don't have big boobs either.

Oh my God and I forgot the most important part, in addition to exfoliating your boobs, DONT use an oil exfoliate. You want as little oils on your skin as possible in order to help the tape adhere well!

I wear a 36H, and I used herroom.com to get mine. The longes it’s ever taken them to get me anything (it was back ordered) was 7 days.


I have tried all the things, sewn in cups, tapes, Frankensteining an existing bra, but everything looks better with a real bra for me, so I would recommend them. They even have charts and things to show you how to measure if you’re unsure and they have advisors you can chat with. I really recommend herroom.com for any bras.

They make different type of cups to be sewn into dresses by a seamstress. I would find out which varieties your seamstress has!
