A couple weeks ago I found the perfect dress. It was everything I've been looking for, for the past 8 moths. I ordered the dress immediately! On the BHLDN website it said that the dress would be in stock on 8/28/13 which was fine. It gives me 2 1/2 months to get it altered if needed. Today I check my bank account to find the amount I paid for the dress is has been reimbursed. I immediately contact customer service and ask about my order. I get an email back stating that the dress is now on back order and that it won't be in stock until 9/23/13. Also that "Backorder dates are subject to change; " It wasn't on backorder when I ordered it- I have the receipt... let me rant. How the hell are you going to tell me that "Backorder dates are subject to change"???!!!! It's my WEDDING DRESS. People order their dresses by a certain time because they NEED TO HAVE THE DRESS BY A CERTAIN DATE! I'm not just upset about this, I'm also upset that I had to contact the company to then be told all of this
