What are the best waterproof liquid eyeliners and waterproof mascaras that you've used? I'm 99% sure I'll be fighting back tears at least half of our wedding day, so I'm willing to buy high-end makeup for the first time in my life if that's what it takes lol

For liner I honestly have not found a waterproof liner that I like but for mascara I say for SURE Too Face Better than sex mascara!

I agree with Claudia, I swear by Too Face Better Than Sex, the mascara and the liquid eyeliner are PHENOMENAL, cry all you want girl!
