Best places for Groomsmen attire? Where to order neutral/tan pants/suspenders/vests (no tuxes)

Alyssabeth, on March 18, 2017 at 2:37 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 5

Looking for advice on where to buy or rent groomsmen attire? The wedding has a "boho" look to it with girls wearing different hues of rose gold, muted purple or blush colors. For the guys, I'm thinking white shirts, rolled up sleeves, potentially bowties that match the girl's dresses (like blush or rose color ties) and tan pants/suspenders (with possibility of vests as well--or maybe only for the groom). Where are the best places to go for men's attire? The only place I have really heard about is menswear house, but I'm not sure that's the best place for the "look" I'm going for. I've attached a picture I found that's similar colors to what I'm thinking for reference.

Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!

From my understanding (from my own research) you can only rent suits and tuxes from men's warehouse which is my problem! I'm going for this look, my plan is to just go to a few dept stores to see what I can find, Penny's, Dillard's, etc. following for ideas! You can of course buy these items from men's warehouse but from what I've seen it's extremely pricey.

I would check out a department store- Macy's, Nordstrom, Dillard's, etc. Macy's generally has coupons & sales. Khaki pants & a white shirt are things that the guys will easily be able to wear again. I would think a specialty shop like Men's Warehouse would charge more for a very similar product.

Look for local, small places. FH and I have been in three wedding parties and for each, the guys have rented their tuxes at different local mom and pop places.

It looks like the couple in your inspo pic asked the guys to wear khakis and a white dress shirt (as they are all different styles and colors) then you could just buy them suspenders and ties or go pick out the colors somewhere and have them purchase them..
