I used the Fedex printing online. They have templates you can use and you can pick it up at any Fedex. Mine was $75, not sure if you consider this affordable or not. But it’s huge and on a mounted poster board.
If you are looking to save money, skip any unnecessary signs and just print what you need. If you’re a Costco member, check out their printing options. I used them for my STDs and invites that I designed.
Wow, that sign is beautiful! Yes, I consider affordable $75 and under if it's a huge sign. What size is that sign if you don't mine telling me. Thanks for the suggestion!!!!
Vistaprint! They have 50% off sales here and there. Their foam boards are very affordable and I’ve been considering it on and off. If a foam board would work for you (they sell easels for display super cheap as well!!) I would definitely recommend them!

You may want to consider just getting your picture printed on a poster and getting a poster frame at IKEA. Could be less expensive. You can also check your local Goodwill or any thrift store. They sometimes have large framed paintings for a very low price. You can remove the picture and just use the frame. Check and see if your town participated in Freecycle. It’s an online site where local people give stuff away for free.
Another fan of Vistaprint here! I ordered my invitations and one large sign from them and everything has come quickly and is printed with good quality. Plus it's cheaper than most other options I looked into, especially with how frequently they have sales.
