I got ours through the shop on TheKnot - they have sales a lot. I think we ended up with 300 personalized cocktail napkins for like $30+shipping or something. And they came out really nicely!

This might not help you, but I found a ton of cute wedding napkins for very cheap at home goods. I know you want personalized, but they were great!
