Best liquid foundation/lipstick?

A stain will last a long time. You can use a gloss over it to keep your lips from being dry.


So many options for foundation. The one I love best right now is Estee Lauder Double Wear Light...it is not heavy or cakey, and it is pretty long lasting too.

I love Urban Decay stay naked foundation. It can be built up to full coverage, but applied more lightly with a sponge it will still let some of your natural freckles shine through. It’s so lightweight. It is matte, but you could use a glowy primer beneath. Good shade range, too. I don’t have any to recommend from the drugstore that would be more on the thin side but if I think of anything I’ll come back.


Lip stain or liquid lipstick would be great. Keep a gloss handy in a coordinating or neutral color (depending what shade your stain or liquid lipstick is) for when your lips start to feel dry. Wishing you a wonderful wedding day!

I didn’t use any foundation on my minimony, but KIKO Milano double face lipstick stayed if applied on dry lips (no lipbalm before applying) for a whole day! It is now my favorite lipstick. I can eat and kiss with no worries. I used tooth brush and toothpaste to remove it that night.

IL Makiage is an amazing foundation and you can barely feel it. As for lipstick, the higher quality brands stay on longer with liner underneath. Anastasia Beverly Hills, Urban Decay, Nars, etc.

L’Oreal Infallible is a great, budget friendly foundation (it’s about $12 at the drugstore) and it stays on for a long time. One of my personal favorite foundations is the Tarte Amazonian Clay foundation, but that one is much more expensive.
