I can't decide if I want to wear a belt with my dress. My mom and the woman at the bridal shop convinced me to try it with a belt and I like it, but I don't love it. Of course my mom thinks the dress isn't complete without the belt. I think it'll look okay without it, but don't want to feel like the...

I only have a picture of me with the belt, but found some pictures of what the dress looks like without.

What do you guys think? What'll look better?

Without the belt. Having a continuous line will make you look taller and sleeker. A belt will break you up visually into top and bottom half.

Without the belt! It's a gorgeous dress and the detailing on the back will be thrown off with a belt. Honestly I am kind of against belts on most brides. The dresses are so detailed and beautiful. Usually doesn't need a belt.

Like others have already said i think the belt would overlap with the detail of the back. I say without a belt.
