CALLING ALL BRIDES WHO'VE HAD BEL AIR BAY CLUB AS THEIR VENUE!!
My FH and I are sooo excited that we get to have the wonderful BABC in Los Angeles as our venue backdrop. With that said we are trying to decide on our chicken dish. We did our menu tasting and was not a fan of the chicken dish tasted (Chicken Tapenade).
We are trying to decide between the following two dishes. Please give your intake if you have tasted either one by BABC. or if you have pictures of either one. We were sent pictures but I think they are wrong and I am just tired of emailing the venue. I feel like I am bothering them.
1. Pab-Seared Chicken Breast ( Peruvian potato puree, jumbo asparagus, colorful wax-bean citronette)
2. Chicken Balltonine (Braided and filled with fig mousseline, potato apple-celery puree, baby vegetables, and a red wine chicken jus)
